Mentorship is a central pillar of the ETIRA lab. Dr. Fausett is committed to each and every one of her students and to maintaining a safe, equitable, and stimulating environment. Graduate and undergraduate students will have the opportunity to both give and receive mentorship. Mentorship is more than just giving advice.
